Energetic Exchange: $122 per person

DETAILS:

10:45 ish - Arrive early to drop into the space, light socialization and grounding.

11:11 AM - Opening Ceremony & Introductions

Followed by plant medicine ceremony, Soul Weaving with EFT/Tapping and intuitive movement.

3:30 PM - Closing Ceremony

Aim to end around 4 PM with a light and grounding meal.



PREPARATION:

👉🏽Avoid substances 24-48 hours before

👉🏽Avoid meat the night before

👉🏽Light breakfast recommended (e.g. fruit, eggs, potatoes/root veggies for grounding, smoothies, muffins, etc.)

👉🏽Avoid dairy

👉🏽Avoid caffeine that morning

👉🏽Hydrate well beforehand ( about 24-ish hr before), including coconut water, adrenal cocktail

BRING:

🌀Water or lemon water

🌀Snack for in between modalities if you need one.

🌀Yoga mat and cushions to your comfort level

🌀Shawl of your preference, and anything else you need to be comfortable

🌀Altar materials: crystals, flowers, feathers, bones, seeds, ancestral talismans, child, family or deity photos, etc.
