Ceremonial cacao is high quality, very minimally processed and ethically sourced from Guatemala. If you’re familiar with this world, I like to work with Keith’s Cacao, Camino del Corazon and Ora Cacao.

High quality ceremonial grade cacao will be nutrient dense in magnesium, protein, iron, anandamide (the “bliss molecule”), PEA (the "love" molecule), theobromine (a gentle energizer), and antioxidants, high in healthy fats (cocoa butter) and low in caffeine.

Warm and herbal infused oils are applied to the body with your own hands, slowly and in rhythmic motions. This stimulates lymphatic movement and encourages circulation, while decreasing stress and inflammation in the body.
